First Step! Sort of....
So today, Tyler took his first step for our babysitter just as we were about to go out to dinner and a movie! We were so excited and jealous because we had been working on it with him for so long and he took a step for HER!!!! Then, come to find out, he has been doing it at school for a while now! ERGH!!!! See what happens when you are not with your child 24/7?? You miss the important milestones! I hope he does it for us one day soon and we can capture it on video because as I see it, it never really happened until we see it!

New Stuff
So Tyler is learning so much so fast it is so amazing… I can hardly believe he is turning one so soon. Last night, he helped me empty out his bottom drawer full of blankets. He pulled them out one by one and threw them on the floor all the while saying “Ace, Ace, Ace”.
He is also learning that he can balance and he tries to do this pretty often. Sometimes in the tub, which makes me very nervous. He keeps trying to balance while standing without holding onto anything and sometimes, he’ll be standing there and realize he is not holding onto anything and he will start to flay his hands around until he catches something to hold.
Today Rob thinks Tyler waved “Bye Bye” to him at daycare. I wish I could have been there….
At school they said that he does the sign language for “more” and “all done”. We’ve been teaching him “milk” for a while now and I cannot wait to see him do it firsthand!
